Why people plant trees

Planting trees is one of the easiest and the most powerful things you can do to have positive impacts on the environment. When you plant a tree, you are giving your next generation a very special gift. It is more sustainable than any other gifts because of the below benefits:

Air: Trees help the air cleaner and give us the better life. They absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and release oxygen back for us to breathe. In addition, trees also absorb greenhouse gases like nitrogen oxides, ozone and carbon monoxide, help to reduce climate change.

Water: Trees play an important role in storing rainwater, help reducing the risk of natural disasters like landslides and floods. Tree root systems act like filters, make water in the soil cleaner.

Home for many species on the earth: Trees help hundreds of species like mammals, insect, fungi etc. have food and shelter; restore the ecosystem balance and biodiversity.

Health: Trees help us to reduce stress and anxiety. Their shades protect our skin from harshness light of the sun.
