Payment

Payment term: 30% deposit in advance and 70% remaining after receiving shipping documents (by scan)

  1. After confirming to order, you will send a 30% deposit in advance
  2. We will arrange the goods and send it to shipping agent
  3. The remaining 70% will be sent us after you receive the scanned shipping documents

Check out

  • Add the items and quantity number and add to cart (Qty figure symbolizes set, 1 set is in bulk, the exact MOQ of the set are to be noted for each particular item)
  • Click “Shopping Cart” or “Shopping bag” near to top of the page and then click “Checkout.”
  • Enter any “Special Instructions” or comments, if applicable, such as special shipping instructions, contact information, questions, etc.
  • Click the “Order” button.
  • As order details are submitted, we will check the inventory and total shipping cost, this process usually takes 1-2 working days.
  • “Billing Information” contained your order info will be sent via emails, please make sure to go through it thoroughly to avoid any confusions and mistakes afterward.
  • After your consent for online orders has been received by emails, shipping process will be taken ASAP.

Return and Exchange Policy

Upon arrival of products, please carefully film your opening process to claim for unqualified items and send the video back to us.

After we review, if the items defects are proved to be ours, please ship it back to us and you have 2 options

  • Exchange for new items, shipping cost for new items will be compensated by us.
  • Refunds: upon defected items arrival, your refunds will be confirmed.
